Upload Equipment to MAG2View

1. Login to your account

2. Click the three lines on the top left hand side of the screen to open the side panel menu

3. Click “Projects”

4. Select the correct project

5. Click “Equipment”

6. Click “CREATE EQUIPMENT”

7. Fill out all applicable fields

8. Enter the EAM#

9. Add the distribution list (include anyone who is required to access this form at any point)

10. Select the “Equipment Type” from the dropdown menu

11. Select the “Start Up and Performance Testing Status” from the dropdown menu

12. Select the “Commissioning Status” from the dropdown menu

13. Select the “Equipment Training Status” from the dropdown menu

14. Select the “Close out Documentation Status” from the dropdown menu

15. Add any additional comments to be submitted

16. Upload file(s)

17. Click “CREATE” to upload
